What happens if there is a medical concern/emergency?
You will need to provide us with emergency contact numbers where you and a local person can be reached while your dog is here. We will also try to contact you via email if you provide it. We will take your animal to your veterinarian whenever possible. But in a emergency your pet will be taken to Chaseview vets.
Is there someone on the property 24/7?
Owners Caz and Liam reside on the property, the house is only about 300 feet from the kennel. The kennel block is also fully alarmed.
What should I bring?
We do supply beds and bedding, bowls and food, you can bring as little or as much as you want, you can bring beds and toys but we cannot guarantee they will be returned to you in the same shape that they arrived. Dogs often will shred bedding or toys. Beds with bolstered backs and extra large orthopedic beds will not fit in the washer. All beds should have a cover that can be removed by a zipper to allow for cleaning, if necessary. A flat fleece pad or a blanket is perfect. Many owners bring their own food as changing a dogs diet can often lead to vomiting or diarrhea. If bringing your own food please ensure that you provide more than your dog will need and any measures that you use.
We have plenty of beds and bedding and can provide different food (but not every brand or every variety) please contact us for a list of what we do stock.
